Moving-Out Deep Clean:

Two living areas (living room and playroom/snug) deep cleaned.

Vacant Possession Preparation:

Kitchen, dining room, family room and hallway deep cleaned and empty or personal belongings.

Furniture Assembly and Home Maintenance:

Single wardrobe assembled and fitted.

Curtain poles fitted throughout.

Exterior Painting and Reset:

Front door and garage door preparation and painting.

Front garden tidy and new plants and trees added.

Moving-Out Deep Clean:

Four bedrooms and landing deep cleaned and reset in preparation for new homeowners.

Deep Cleaning:

Two bathrooms and a cloakroom deep cleaned and reset for new owners. Whole property cleaning and preparations.

Furniture Assembly and Installation:

A four door wardrobe (two mirrored doors, two standard doors) assembled new from flat pack furniture and installed in the master bedroom, including fixtures, fittings and shelves.
