What areas do you cover?

We are based near Shaftesbury and provide property services across Dorset, Wiltshire and Somerset, including Shaftesbury, Gillingham, Blandford, Tisbury, Mere, Warminster, Salisbury, Sherborne and surrounding areas. If you're unsure whether we cover your area, just get in touch.

Can you clean a property and carry out small repairs at the same time?

Yes. That's one of the main benefits of Property Reset & Care. We can combine cleaning with minor repairs, maintenance and finishing jobs, helping you avoid having to arrange several different trades or contractors.

Can you help prepare a property for sale or letting?

Yes. We provide property preparation for homeowners, landlords and estate agents. This can include deep cleaning, minor repairs, touch-up painting, grouting and silicone, garden tidy-ups and general presentation work to help get a property ready for photographs, viewings, sale or letting.

Do you provide end-of-tenancy, move-in and move-out cleaning?

Yes. We can clean, refresh and prepare properties between occupants or before and after a move. Depending on what's required, we can also take care of minor maintenance and finishing jobs at the same time.

Do you work with landlords and estate agents?

Yes. We work with homeowners, landlords, estate agents, holiday-let owners, second-home owners and businesses across Dorset, Wiltshire and Somerset. We can help with one-off jobs as well as ongoing property care.

Do you provide property checks for empty properties and second homes?

Yes. Our property care service can include scheduled property checks, key holding and visual checks while a property is empty or the owner is away. We can also take care of minor jobs and maintenance identified during a visit.

What handyman and property maintenance jobs can you do?

We can help with a range of smaller household and property maintenance jobs, including furniture assembly, hanging pictures and shelves, replacing silicone and grout, touch-up painting and other general jobs around the property. Do you provide garden tidy-ups and exterior property cleaning?

Yes. Our exterior property services include garden tidy-ups, pressure washing, patios and paths, outdoor furniture, sheds and fences, and general exterior presentation work. These services can also be combined with internal cleaning or maintenance where required.

Are you insured and DBS checked?

Yes. Property Reset & Care is fully insured and DBS checked, giving customers additional reassurance when we're working in their home, rental property, holiday let or empty property.
